This is our fourth time went to Hajj, it was so nice and better than i expected. despite transportation delay by Mowallim. The hotels was clean to stay in and it was less then 5mins. Islam freedom appointed Ministry approved tour operator was very professionally organised and so was the tour guide for our group (Iqbal, Mizan and Mahboob) they are friendly and kind.
First time in Hajj I was nervous and not used to travelling in such a large mix group. I was lost in Jeddah airport but just to say after I had amazing experience. I thank to Allah for giving me strength to complete my hajj. Our tour guide Abdul Wahab was outstanding, polite and helpful. I recommend Islam Freedom to anyone who wants to go to Hajj on their own or with family. I am looking forward to go Umrah with my family inshallah in 2011 in the capable hands of “Islam Freedom”.

Islam freedom is nice name and great services in Umrah esp they have a good team in Saudi but I had problem in flight, im not complaining but islam freedom could have done better having direct flights and charge extra to customers for hassle free flights. Islam freedom such a beautiful name, Allah said he personally looks after 1.Islam 2.Quran 3.Kaba - good muslim will never complain about Islam, thats why I said islam freedom is a nice name but they need to have more direct flights for their Umrah groups.

Myself and my parents went to hajj with Islam freedom with 5star hajj group, mashallah we had great service by their ministry appointed agent Iqbal was a great group leader out of all 9 group leaders. We had problem in Jeddah airport, where group leaders have no control over ministry transportation. We contacted Ministry of hajj in Jeddah airport for delay and they advised us that normally it takes about 6 to 8hrs to clear.
It was a great service in Madinah, the Anwar movenpick hotel was much better then zamzam hotel and Iqbal and Mizan was a great group leader, who guided us all the way. And we personally thank Islam Freedom for direct flights from Madinah to UK.
We went to Hajj 2nd time with Islam freedom last year, simply the best. Our advise to everyone, when you go to hajj make sure you have direct flights - So you don't loose luggage on changing aircraft and hotels are within 10mins walking distance. Its worth paying extra for direct flights to save time and trouble.

The Hajj was amazing!!! I never traveled with islam freedom before and I can honestly say this will not be my last tour with Islam freedom. Islam freedom selling low cost umrah package for £795 includes British airways direct umrah flights cost £600, visa and full round transport cost £100. And you get 10days hotel in Makkah and Madinah for remaining £95, thats £9 a night. Shaby dont expect king palace for £9 a night. Work hard and earn money then go in 5 star package then u may get hotel next to king palace.
Mashallah within the budget Islam freedom provides beautiful hotels and its close to Kaba. Hassle free direct flights very ideal for families with kids. I am currently in Medina and although have had an amazing umrah experience, Islam Freedom has been extremely disappointing. Do not complain about anything in Hajj and Umrah including food in Makkah especially Madinah. You have to be extremely lucky to go both holy places. Every minute you should be doing ebadoth not writing blogs and complaining from Madinah. Do not include other people in your sin, you are directly complaining and writing on blog from Madinah. YOU ARE CLEARLY SHOWING SIGN OF A MUNAFIK. NEVER EVER COMPLAIN ABOUT MAKKAH OR MADINAH NOT EVEN FOR LITTLE DUST BECAUSE ITS HOLY LAND DUST. Any service you received in holy places you should say Alhamdulillah and any food you eat you should say Alhamdulillah. Everything comes from Allah and tree leaves will not move without Allah permission. Without Allah permission you cannot go Hajj or Umrah even you have million pounds in your accounts and any service you get is from Allah.

Going to Hajj or Umrah means you are returning to Allah to clean yourself and to wipe away all your mistakes. Only shaitan complains about services such as delays in the airport, hotels, foods etc.
First, you must say to Allah, I want to live with you in everything. Clean me and place me inside your heart. Do what ever you want to me; I am not here for service or luxury hotels. I am here to listen to your every word. I am your servant, I want to be a special servant for you; nothing else but I want only you, give me love and help me to know the meaning of this love. I do not know anything if you do not help me. My beloved Allah, I am here and I am at peace only with you. My soul is with you, clean me with your water of truth. Now I want to remember your name all the time. I do not want to waste anymore time. Give me a strong heart and a quiet heart, and make me polite. This is the truth. I have searched for a long time. Now I promise to continue in this way and not to lose anymore minutes because every minute is for you.

Marshall I went to Umrah for the 4th time and went to Hajj last year. First time travel with Islam Freedom Umrah group in March. Service was brilliant in this busy time.
Check in to 5 star hotels is always a problem, if you go 1 hour early the hotel staff will say no booking and if you go 1 hour late then they will say no show. The reason hotel staff will say that so that they have few hours time to clean up the room. In the other hand they will not allow anyone else to check in advance for you. You only can check in with valid visa on passport. But we are used to this Saudi people, In Hajj time check in can take more then few hours in 5 star hotels. Delay in Jeddah airport and check in hotels is beyond group leader control. Delays in Saudi are normal for Saudi people, Hajj time even worse considering they are handling over 5 million people within 1 month. I think this Easter was busy more then last year Hajj time. Our family will go Umrah next year with Islam freedom inshallah.
I went to Hajj 3 years ago and last year with another agent, so much problem we had in Jeddah airport delays for hours. We went to zamzam tower 5 star hotel at 8pm and we checked in 2am it was almost 6 hours to check in for our small group. Service was rubbish in 5 star hotel but breakfast was nice only.

Islam freedom low cost hajj package has a apartment in azizya, my advice ignore any hajj packages who provides apartment in azizya and 5 days of hajj no british toilets in mina or musdalifa. Even indian toilet has queue over few hours in the crowd of millions of pilgrims. Hajj is all about hardship including walking for hours.
Yes 7 millions hajj pilgrims and during the 5days of hajj only few toilets are provided in mina muuzdalif and arafat by saudi government, every group leader should take a shovel for their group.

Myself and my parents went to hajj with Islam freedom with 5star hajj group, mashallah we had great service by their ministry appointed agent Iqbal was a great group leader out of all 9 group leaders. We had problem in Jeddah airport, where group leaders have no control over ministry transportation. We contacted Ministry of hajj in Jeddah airport for delay and they advised us that normally it takes about 6 to 8hrs to clear.
ReplyDeleteIt was a great service in Madinah, the Anwar movenpick hotel was much better then zamzam hotel and Iqbal and Mizan was a great group leader, who guided us all the way. And we personally thank Islam Freedom for direct flights from Madinah to UK.
We went to Hajj 2nd time with Islam freedom last year, simply the best. Our advise to everyone, when you go to hajj make sure you have direct flights - So you don't loose luggage on changing aircraft and hotels are within 10mins walking distance. Its worth paying extra for direct flights to save time and trouble.

I travelled with Islam freedom last year to perform my hajj. I felt the services provided by them was very helpfull mash'Allah, it is a reputable company with excellent management. Whatever we were promised by the brother here we recieved it over there. Guides and Scholars were available to instruct us all the way through the Hajj period which was very beneficial. I am very pleased with the overall services provided as all assurances were met to a very high standard and if ever i am permitted with the chance to travel for hajj again i shall be certainly carrying it out with capable hands of Islam freedom inshallah. I ask Allah to reward them for their great service and give them toufeeq to increase there capacity of service.

All transfers were almost on time, the reps who met us at the airport and hotel were considerate, helpful and pleasant. Both hotels Makkah and Madinah was very good. ReplyDeleteI never traveled with islam freedom before and I can honestly say this will not be my last tour with Islam freedom. The tour guide was very informative about the hajj and most importantly very professional!! Seriously, I want to go back next year with my family. I wish I can have the same tour guide Imran he was brilliant!
Alhumdolillah it was a wonderful experience performing Hajj this year with Islam Freedom, all brothers were very helpful with the group throughout the Hajj. We chose islam freedom based on recommendation from family members who had gone to Hajj with them before. They have fulfilled all their promises as it was mentioned in the package. I feel the group leader Sharif Zamzam looked after us all the way may Allah reward him. The hotels were fantastic in Madina and Mecca as we were right out side the Haram in both places, this was the biggest advantagefor us. ReplyDeleteDifficulties are if Islam freedom finds out you are fussy another word you are not suitable for their groups, then they will refuse your booking under any circumstances. Islam freedom is UK’s biggest Hajj and Umrah service provider so they can pick and choose.

And you get 10days hotel in Makkah and Madinah for remaining £95, thats £9 a night. Shaby dont expect king palace for £9 a night. Work hard and earn money then go in 5 star package then u may get hotel next to king palace.

I shall list my story on my return but the nightmare and the lies that Islam freedom participates in, would make me think twice about ever recommending this company. DeleteDo not complain about anything in Hajj and Umrah including food in Makkah especially Madinah. You have to be extremely lucky to go both holy places. Every minute you should be doing ebadoth not writing blogs and complaining from Madinah. Do not include other people in your sin, you are directly complaining and writing on blog from Madinah. YOU ARE CLEARLY SHOWING SIGN OF A MUNAFIK. NEVER EVER COMPLAIN ABOUT MAKKAH OR MADINAH NOT EVEN FOR LITTLE DUST BECAUSE ITS HOLY LAND DUST. Any service you received in holy places you should say Alhamdulillah and any food you eat you should say Alhamdulillah. Everything comes from Allah and tree leaves will not move without Allah permission. Without Allah permission you cannot go Hajj or Umrah even you have million pounds in your accounts and any service you get is from Allah.

First, you must say to Allah, I want to live with you in everything. Clean me and place me inside your heart. Do what ever you want to me; I am not here for service or luxury hotels. I am here to listen to your every word. I am your servant, I want to be a special servant for you; nothing else but I want only you, give me love and help me to know the meaning of this love. I do not know anything if you do not help me. My beloved Allah, I am here and I am at peace only with you. My soul is with you, clean me with your water of truth. Now I want to remember your name all the time. I do not want to waste anymore time. Give me a strong heart and a quiet heart, and make me polite. This is the truth. I have searched for a long time. Now I promise to continue in this way and not to lose anymore minutes because every minute is for you.

Its obviously sinful to 'lie', but what makes you assume anyone who may write a negative experience is a 'liar' and hypocrite??
any honest experiences good or bad, would be appreciated. IF it is a 'bad' experience. please explain why. This way we (the person spending £3000 on a hajj via the internet) can know what to expect and IslamFreedom can look closely at complaints, see if they are valid and improve their services as required.

Marshall I went to Umrah for the 4th time and went to Hajj last year. First time travel with Islam Freedom Umrah group in March. Service was brilliant in this busy time.
ReplyDeleteCheck in to 5 star hotels is always a problem, if you go 1 hour early the hotel staff will say no booking and if you go 1 hour late then they will say no show. The reason hotel staff will say that so that they have few hours time to clean up the room. In the other hand they will not allow anyone else to check in advance for you. You only can check in with valid visa on passport. But we are used to this Saudi people, In Hajj time check in can take more then few hours in 5 star hotels. Delay in Jeddah airport and check in hotels is beyond group leader control. Delays in Saudi are normal for Saudi people, Hajj time even worse considering they are handling over 5 million people within 1 month. I think this Easter was busy more then last year Hajj time. Our family will go Umrah next year with Islam freedom inshallah.
I went to Hajj 3 years ago and last year with another agent, so much problem we had in Jeddah airport delays for hours. We went to zamzam tower 5 star hotel at 8pm and we checked in 2am it was almost 6 hours to check in for our small group. Service was rubbish in 5 star hotel but breakfast was nice only.

I had a very good experience with islam freedom from the start of my booking to the very end and would recommend them. I found them very professional and organised. Trust me my brothers and sisters it was not my first trip and I believe every single person were pleased about their services. I would recommend you to go with Islam freedom who appears to be more professional, religious, dedicated and committed. Being a muslim I tried to disclose some of facts of their services because my family was extremly happy last year.

Islam freedom low cost hajj package has a apartment in azizya, my advice ignore any hajj packages who provides apartment in azizya and 5 days of hajj no british toilets in mina or musdalifa. Even indian toilet has queue over few hours in the crowd of millions of pilgrims. Hajj is all about hardship including walking for hours.
